Our mission is to bring spectacular color stones, beautiful specimens, and healing/holistic crystals to the public.
Return Policy -
We will provide you with a complete refund or exchange for any purchase that you are not satisfied with, less any applicable shipping.
All returns must be shipped within 7 business days.
All returned parcels must be complete, no missing pieces, no changes or alterations or damage, no "cleaning" minerals.
All returns must have a copy of the original invoice enclosed.
Please send an email before shipping so we know to expect your return.
Payment -
We accept the following forms of payment:
Paypal - at checkout you are forwarded to Paypal.
Cashiers Checks, Certified Checks - we will email you with details at the completion of your purchase.
Security -
We use Paypal as they have 24/7 coverage, secure servers, and use SSL encryption to protect sensitive customer information. We do not have access to customer credit card information. We maintain customer phone and address information to ship merchandise to our customers.
Privacy -
We NEVER give, sell, rent, or lend any personal customer information to anyone. We will never disclose any information unless required to by law.
Photography -
We never "touch up" the photographs.
All items shown are the actual item being sold, we do not show a "similar item".
Most items are photographed under incandescent light, occasionally fluorescent light or ultraviolet light is used to bring out some special feature.
Descriptions -
We work hard to be accurate in all descriptions of our products: color, clarity, cut, and carat weight are all accurately measured so you will be happy with your purchase.
